Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce return operations, including inspection, processing, and disposition of returned products
- Analyze return data to identify root causes and develop strategies to reduce return rates
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline reverse supply chain processes
- Implement and enforce standardized return policies compliant with Indonesian regulations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience during return journeys
- Train and mentor customer service teams on efficient return handling protocols
- Generate performance reports on key metrics (return rates, processing time, cost per return)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics leadership
- Proven expertise in return process optimization and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience managing remote teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws
