In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our ecommerce platforms, driving traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and scaling our online business presence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine our digital strategy, manage inventory flow, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
  • Manage end-to-end operations of marketplace accounts (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) and brand websites.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rate, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and product launches.
  • Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings, including SEO-driven titles, high-quality imagery, and compelling descriptions.
  • Lead and mentor junior digital staff to improve team productivity and platform performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in ecommerce management or digital retail.
  • Deep understanding of major Indonesian marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace internal dashboards).
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities in an Indonesian business context.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.
