Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement high-scale, API-first microservices that drive core business functionality.
- Design and maintain complex event-driven architectures to ensure real-time data consistency and system performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical strategy and roadmap for digital infrastructure.
- Ensure the highest standards of system security, reliability, and robustness across all deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain a high bar for engineering excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation to production support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
- Expert-level proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Java, Go, or Python) and cloud-native development.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architecture patterns and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on experience with API design, security protocols (OAuth, OIDC), and high-availability distributed systems.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
