This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, administrative environment.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales funnel, ensuring our outreach efforts are accurate, timely, and data-driven. You will work closely with international stakeholders to help deliver seamless event experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume lead research and data validation to support UK-based sales outreach.
- Manage and update CRM databases to ensure all prospect information is current and accurate.
- Draft and manage personalized email sequences and sales correspondence.
- Monitor and track the performance of outreach campaigns, providing actionable reports to the sales team.
- Coordinate with international event stakeholders to ensure administrative tasks align with project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of sales decks, proposals, and event coordination documents.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality in all outreach activities.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Support, or Virtual Assistance.
- Strong background in supporting international clients, preferably in the UK or US markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and G-Suite/Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong research capabilities and the ability to identify high-potential prospects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a WFH setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
