The PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated Lead Liaison to join our team in the Manila area. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary link between our operational teams and external partners, ensuring that company assets are effectively managed, monitored, and secured.
As a Lead Liaison, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. You will leverage your strong interpersonal skills to negotiate, resolve issues, and provide timely reports to senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the security and maintenance of company assets within the Manila area.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, local authorities, and internal departments regarding asset-related concerns.
- Conduct regular field inspections to ensure company standards and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset status, risk assessments, and operational performance for management review.
- Resolve disputes or issues involving company properties with diplomacy and professional tact.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to implement asset protection strategies and loss prevention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all liaison activities and asset movements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Criminology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in liaison work, asset management, security, or administrative operations.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Filipino).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred for field-related duties.
- High level of integrity and commitment to organizational security.
