Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience with team leadership
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
