Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and assistance
- Manage all reception duties including call handling, visitor registration, and mail processing
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments including document preparation and filing
- Coordinate office operations, meeting schedules, and event logistics as required
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and equipment functionality
- Support management with data entry, report preparation, and information management
- Contribute to office efficiency by implementing administrative best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proven experience in corporate support or reception roles with customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures and systems
