Join Foodpanda's dynamic People Team as a Lead People Partner and become a strategic catalyst for organizational success. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to co-own people outcomes, driving accountability and capability development across the organization. You'll coach and develop HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to elevate their strategic impact, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with senior leaders to co-own people and performance outcomes, driving accountability and capability development
- Coach and develop HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to enhance their strategic impact and effectiveness
- Design and implement strategies to strengthen leadership capabilities and organizational culture
- Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and high-potential development
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic HR advisory to leaders on complex organizational design and change management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership or senior HRBP role
- Proven track record coaching HR professionals and developing business leaders
- Expertise in talent management, performance systems, and organizational development
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Experience in fast-paced tech or e-commerce environment highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of Singaporean employment laws and HR compliance requirements
