Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations including medication dispensing, inventory management, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
- Provide expert patient consultations on medication usage, potential interactions, and health management strategies
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Manage prescription verification, compounding services, and medication therapy management
- Implement quality control measures and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Stay current with pharmaceutical innovations, regulatory updates, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with valid Malaysian Pharmacy Board registration
- Minimum 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience with leadership/supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and medication safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to educate patients and healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and healthcare documentation
- Proven ability to manage inventory, procurement, and financial operations
- Customer-focused approach with ability to resolve inquiries professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining precision
