Join Transportation Solutions Indonesia as a Lead Product Manager for Smart Payment and spearhead the evolution of digital transactions in Southeast Asia. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for wallet and smart payment solutions serving both local communities and international travelers across the region. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll define product vision, prioritize features based on market research and user feedback, and drive execution through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product strategy for wallet and smart payment ecosystems
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on market analysis and user needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Establish KPIs and measure product performance using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless user experience
- Represent product vision to stakeholders and executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in product management with 2+ years in fintech/payments
- Proven experience launching and scaling payment products
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product roadmapping
- Deep understanding of payment systems, wallets, and financial regulations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master's preferred)
