Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet APAC hiring goals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and define hiring criteria.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from pipeline building to offer negotiation.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and social media channels to identify passive candidates.
- Optimize recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to promote NielsenIQ's culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the APAC region.
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates.
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
