In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing security protocols, monitoring systems for threats, and responding to security incidents. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain security systems and protocols to protect organizational assets
- Lead security incident response, including investigation, mitigation, and recovery
- Monitor security systems and networks for vulnerabilities and threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into all projects
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing
- Mentor junior security engineers and provide technical guidance
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
- Expertise in security tools and technologies (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.)
- Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex security concepts
