- Lead the technical strategy for Fulfilment service resilience and test automation initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using modern technologies
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster professional growth and technical excellence
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for the engineering team
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to ensure high-quality releases
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend software development
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
- Expertise in backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms
- Experience with database design, optimization, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and continuous integration practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
