As the Lead TA Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our operational needs and our workforce, ensuring we attract the best talent available in Bali and beyond. Your expertise will drive our growth by developing innovative sourcing strategies and managing a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
Tanggung Jawab
- Full Ownership of Recruitment: Manage the complete end-to-end hiring process for critical roles in hospitality, real estate, and operations.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our internal and external employer brand through engaging content and social media presence.
- Process Optimization: Oversee the recruitment workflow, implement best practices, and utilize ATS systems efficiently.
- Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (KPIs) to measure success and optimize hiring strategies continuously.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives and mentor junior recruiters.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Networking: Strong network within the Bali job market and industry events.
