We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical / Developer Apex to join the Harrisma team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions that directly address customer needs. You will lead the technical implementation lifecycle, supporting the process from initial proposal through to final delivery.
As a Salesforce expert, you will build robust applications using Apex and Visualforce, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation strategy from proposal to delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices and data integrity standards.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including testing and deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Lead Technical Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce design patterns, MVC architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, Apex Callouts) and third-party APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
