We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Technical Program Manager to join our growing team in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive our transportation solutions forward.
As a key leader, you will define program roadmaps, align technical objectives with business goals, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with engineering leads, product managers, and senior leadership to prioritize and deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and foster collaboration will be essential to our success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the overall program strategy, scope, and execution plan for key technical initiatives
- Coordinate across multiple engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical designs, sprint cycles, and delivery milestones
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable technical plans
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure program health and drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve blockers to maintain momentum
- Lead program retrospectives and implement process improvements for future projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering practices
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs with competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Experience working in the transportation, logistics, or tech industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
