Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax departments, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to senior management to support business decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Manage external audits and tax declarations efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, Brevet A/B/C) preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance and accounting team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in strategic financial planning and execution.
