Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the front office team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee patient check-in/check-out processes to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and optimize the practice's calendar
- Supervise daily operations including phone systems, patient records, and billing processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Implement and improve office procedures to enhance patient experience
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office management, preferably in healthcare or dental setting
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in dental practice management software
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
