PT ZHUANGDI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leader Host Live Streaming to spearhead our live commerce operations in Teluknaga, Banten. As a key member of our marketing team, you will not only be the face of our brand during live sessions but also a mentor to our growing team of hosts. We are looking for an individual with high energy, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive viewer engagement and maximize conversion rates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of live streaming hosts to ensure consistent performance.
- Plan and coordinate daily live streaming schedules and promotional content.
- Analyze live streaming metrics and provide constructive feedback to improve conversion rates and audience engagement.
- Conduct high-energy, professional live streams to showcase products and drive immediate sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling live streaming scripts and visual concepts.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.
- Ensure technical equipment and streaming environments are set up correctly for every session.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, viewer demographics, and sales outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Live Host or in a team leadership role within the e-commerce/social commerce industry.
- Possess excellent communication, public speaking, and persuasive skills in front of an audience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coach and motivate team members effectively.
- Deep understanding of live streaming platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) and their algorithms.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Creative, energetic, and highly adaptable to new trends and market demands.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the streaming schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
