Yong Xiang Media Indonesia is looking for a talented Leader / KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join our expanding team in Cengkareng. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence, managing relationships with top-tier Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and optimizing our affiliate marketing ecosystem to drive measurable sales and engagement.

You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, negotiating collaborations, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our campaigns maximize ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and conversion.
- Identify, outreach, and onboard high-performing influencers and affiliate partners across various social platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from initial creative briefing to performance tracking and final reporting.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and compensation models with partners to ensure cost-effective collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep our strategies innovative.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure professional growth and campaign consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL management, affiliate marketing, or digital brand management.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Indonesian influencer landscape (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting (Excel, Google Analytics, or social media management platforms).
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
