Private Advertiser is seeking a highly motivated Leader of Accounting Team to join our growing finance department in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, manage complex financial reporting, and ensure our company remains compliant with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK ETAP).
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, mentoring staff, and driving process improvements. Key Highlights:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with PSAK ETAP.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise the daily accounting operations of the team.
- Review and validate monthly financial statements and journal entries.
- Ensure full compliance with PSAK ETAP and relevant tax regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to junior staff.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (S1 Akuntansi).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of PSAK ETAP (Indonesian Accounting Standards).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MyOB).
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
