Join Diamas Star as our Leader Quality Control & Packing and drive excellence in our manufacturing operations. This leadership role requires you to oversee QC and packing teams to ensure product quality meets rigorous standards while optimizing operational efficiency. You'll implement quality control protocols, manage packing processes, and coordinate shipping logistics to guarantee timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement, reduce waste, and maintain compliance with company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QC & packing teams to achieve daily production targets
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols
- Monitor packing operations for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product shipments
- Analyze quality metrics and implement corrective actions
- Optimize packing processes to reduce costs and improve throughput
- Train staff on quality standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing QC/packing roles
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Experience with inventory management and shipping logistics
- Proficient in using quality management software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
