- Lead and execute final inspection processes to verify product quality before shipment
- Conduct detailed visual, dimensional, and functional inspections against specifications
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation for traceability
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in quality control procedures
- Train and mentor inspection staff on quality standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and inspection techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior inspectors preferred
- Familiarity with quality documentation systems (ISO standards a plus)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments
