Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and enforce quality control systems to maintain ISO standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in achieving production and quality KPIs
- Investigate and resolve product defects through root cause analysis
- Develop and mentor team members through training programs
- Collaborate with R&D to improve manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Report quality metrics to senior leadership for strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing leadership
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Proven track record in team development and training
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
