Tanggung Jawab
- Implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) across production lines
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste (Muda) and reduce process variability
- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and value stream analysis
- Develop standardized work procedures and visual management systems
- Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and training workshops
- Monitor KPIs (OEE, cycle time, first-pass yield) and drive corrective actions
- Optimize material flow and inventory management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement roles
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) or equivalent
- Proficiency in lean tools (VSM, SMED, TPM, PDCA) and root cause analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data
- Experience with ERP/MES systems and process automation
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration
