Are you an organized professional with a passion for L&D and talent development? Coforge is looking for a dynamic Learning Administration Specialist to join our team in Muntinlupa City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our learning operations, ensuring that our training programs are delivered seamlessly to our global workforce.

As a Learning Administration Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of our training initiatives. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, external vendors, and employees to coordinate schedules, maintain learning management system (LMS) data, and ensure high levels of engagement across all educational programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow their career in corporate Human Resources within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading course content, enrolling participants, and tracking attendance.
  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and arranging necessary technical equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding training schedules, certification paths, and program requirements.
  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports on training metrics, completion rates, and feedback surveys for stakeholders.
  • Process training invoices and maintain accurate financial records related to external vendor contracts and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Department leads to identify training gaps and support the deployment of new e-learning modules.
  • Maintain electronic training records and documentation to ensure compliance with internal HR audit standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) administration or general HR support.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) for data reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts simultaneously.
  • Experience in coordinating virtual and hybrid training sessions using Zoom, MS Teams, or similar platforms.
