Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end administration of training programs, including scheduling, venue coordination, and material preparation.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps across the organization.
- Develop and update training modules, manuals, and visual aids to keep learning content relevant and engaging.
- Maintain and update the employee training database, ensuring all certifications and learning milestones are accurately recorded.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions through surveys, assessments, and performance tracking.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department regarding career development pathways and succession planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within Learning and Development or Corporate Training.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with an interest in modern learning technologies and instructional design.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong City and occasionally visit store locations.
