Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Create engaging instructional materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for diverse employee audiences
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through Kirkpatrick model assessments
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with strategic goals
- Manage learning management system content and user experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate training or learning and development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with needs assessment and program evaluation techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
