Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP) is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Associate Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of professional growth, designing and delivering high-impact training programs that align with our corporate strategy and empower our diverse workforce to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

As our L&D Associate Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, develop innovative learning paths, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will leverage data-driven insights to measure training effectiveness and ensure our talent remains at the forefront of the industry. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs aligned with company business goals.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across various departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and department heads to facilitate talent development roadmaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback loops, and performance analytics to ensure ROI.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration for new team members.
  • Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal training databases.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
  • Strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and video conferencing software.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into actionable development strategies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
