Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, courses, and curricula using modern instructional design principles and methodologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives
- Create interactive e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and other multimedia learning resources
- Apply adult learning theories and best practices to optimize knowledge retention and skill development
- Conduct needs assessments and analysis to determine learning gaps and performance requirements
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning
- Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Instruction Designer or similar role in corporate training environment
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE model and other instructional design frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality assurance
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
