Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in designing and implementing employee training programs and development initiatives
- Support the creation of engaging learning materials and multimedia content
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and learning events
- Conduct research on industry best practices in learning methodologies
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to evaluate effectiveness
- Maintain and update the learning management system (LMS) database
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and development needs
- Support onboarding programs for new employees
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in learning and development, training, or organizational development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred
