Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of teleoperators and operational teams.
- Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and maintain engaging training materials and curricula that address current operational needs and future skill requirements.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions to bridge those gaps effectively.
- Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of learning programs, including scheduling, facilitation, and logistics, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Performance Evaluation: Implement metrics and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with department heads and operational managers to ensure learning initiatives are relevant and impactful.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelorās Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, specifically within a BPO, contact center, or operational setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and present to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit different learning styles and operational constraints.
