- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs for onboarding, compliance, and skill development
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Facilitate interactive training sessions using diverse delivery methods (in-person, virtual, blended)
- Manage and optimize the learning management system (LMS) for content delivery and tracking
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and ROI calculations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies to enhance program quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) and authoring tools
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience conducting training needs assessments and program evaluation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
