Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across various hospital departments to identify operational gaps.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of the corporate training calendar, ensuring high attendance and participation rates.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through pre- and post-assessment metrics and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement organizational development strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update training records, manuals, and instructional materials in compliance with hospital quality standards.
- Support onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the hospital culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training metrics and report on ROI.
- Experience in the healthcare or service industry is highly preferred.
