Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Facilitate coaching sessions and mentorship programs to support employee career progression.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback surveys and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning objectives with business strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and instructional methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record in instructional design and facilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
