Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs within the global Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for leadership development workshops, both virtual and in-person, across Manila and Cebu locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Academy Operations, resolving technical and administrative queries from learners and facilitators.
  • Generate and analyze training reports to track program participation, completion rates, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure learning content and curricula are updated and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of new learning technologies and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and documentation for all learning and development activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural corporate environment.
