Tanggung Jawab
- Administer the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs within the global Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate and manage logistics for leadership development workshops, both virtual and in-person, across Manila and Cebu locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Academy Operations, resolving technical and administrative queries from learners and facilitators.
- Generate and analyze training reports to track program participation, completion rates, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure learning content and curricula are updated and aligned with business objectives.
- Support the implementation of new learning technologies and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and documentation for all learning and development activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural corporate environment.
