Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute zone-wide learning strategies focused on digital fluency, AI integration, and core transferable skills.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess capability gaps and co-create bespoke learning interventions.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable learning programs that leverage modern EdTech platforms and blended learning methodologies.
- Measure the impact and ROI of learning initiatives, utilizing data analytics to refine program effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and high-impact sessions aimed at accelerating professional development and leadership agility.
- Drive the adoption of continuous learning habits across the organization to support long-term business resilience.
- Manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality training content.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Development.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation initiatives and AI-related capability building.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive learning strategy and decisions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in a multinational corporate environment.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a complex, multi-site global organizational structure.
