In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic architect, designing and delivering scalable learning solutions that empower our workforce to excel in an AI-driven, fast-paced business environment.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, champion digital literacy, and foster a culture of continuous growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute zone-wide learning strategies focused on digital fluency, AI integration, and core transferable skills.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess capability gaps and co-create bespoke learning interventions.
  • Oversee the deployment of scalable learning programs that leverage modern EdTech platforms and blended learning methodologies.
  • Measure the impact and ROI of learning initiatives, utilizing data analytics to refine program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and high-impact sessions aimed at accelerating professional development and leadership agility.
  • Drive the adoption of continuous learning habits across the organization to support long-term business resilience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality training content.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation initiatives and AI-related capability building.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive learning strategy and decisions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a complex, multi-site global organizational structure.
