Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning materials including e-modules, job aids, and training curricula
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across departments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure training relevance
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions (virtual/in-person) while maintaining participant engagement
- Manage learning management system (LMS) content and ensure platform functionality
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training delivery
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Experience developing technical or ICT-related learning content preferred
