Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze training needs and requirements to identify learning gaps and opportunities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative learning programs and training materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Create engaging instructional content using various multimedia tools and platforms
- Develop assessment methods to measure learning effectiveness and program success
- Stay current with industry trends in instructional design and learning technologies
- Manage the end-to-end process of learning program development and implementation
- Gather feedback and continuously improve learning programs based on evaluation results
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in learning design or instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design innovative learning solutions
