Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and engineering competencies
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis
  • Create engaging learning materials including e-modules, job aids, and workshop facilitation guides
  • Deliver diverse training sessions including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance training
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness using KPIs, ROI analysis, and participant feedback
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure seamless delivery of digital learning content
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify development opportunities and succession planning needs
  • Stay current with L&D industry trends and introduce innovative learning methodologies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate learning and development, preferably in engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience in creating technical and soft-skills training
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Experience in needs assessment, program evaluation, and data-driven decision making
  • Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) or instructional design preferred
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple training initiatives
