Huntsman Global Business Services is seeking a motivated Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to join our dynamic team in Bandar Sunway. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience contributing to the design, coordination, and evaluation of learning programs that support our diverse workforce.
As an L&D Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate development initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design and creation of learning materials, e-learning modules, and training guides.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, instructional design methodologies, and best practices in corporate learning.
- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and preparing impact reports.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with relevant course content and employee records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and recommend tailored development solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and a genuine interest in talent development strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
