You'll be instrumental in recapitulating training evaluations, creating digital certificates, and implementing HSE/5S/Kaizen protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive training databases with accurate participant records
- Analyze and summarize training evaluation feedback for program optimization
- Create and distribute electronic certificates for completed training programs
- Coordinate HSE, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives across departments
- Support ARISE culture internalization through workshops and communications
- Assist in developing training materials and documentation
- Track training metrics and prepare progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential for database management)
- Strong attention to detail with data accuracy capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive learning attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of HR processes and training methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
