You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of training initiatives, assist in developing engaging learning materials, manage training logistics, and analyze training effectiveness. This role offers an invaluable glimpse into the strategic world of corporate L&D.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Support the development and maintenance of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Manage training logistics including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant communication.
- Track and report on training attendance, completion rates, and post-training evaluation feedback.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and research potential training providers.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with accurate employee training records.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the L&D function.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- A keen interest in the fields of Learning & Development and Talent Management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Internship duration of 3 to 6 months is preferred.
