Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curriculums tailored to organizational needs.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions for various departments.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Provide performance coaching and mentorship to employees to enhance their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Track training metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Learning & Development or Training role.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
