Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curriculums tailored to organizational needs.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions for various departments.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Provide performance coaching and mentorship to employees to enhance their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Track training metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Learning & Development or Training role.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
