Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead needs assessments and develop targeted training programs for operational excellence
- Manage L&D budgets, vendor relationships, and learning technology platforms
- Measure program ROI through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and mentor L&D team members while fostering cross-departmental collaboration
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative learning methodologies
- Oversee compliance training and certification programs for regulatory adherence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in L&D with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in designing hospitality or retail training programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in LMS platforms and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in instructional design or talent development preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is advantageous
