In this pivotal role based in the Jalan Besar / Geylang Bahru area, you will take ownership of the entire learning and development function. You will work closely with senior business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, implement, and evaluate a wide variety of training initiatives that directly support our strategic business goals. From onboarding and compliance training to leadership development and specialised skills programmes, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on our people’s growth and our company’s success.

Your key focus will be understanding the evolving needs of our diverse workforce. You will conduct thorough training needs analyses, develop comprehensive curricula, and recommend the most effective delivery methods (including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning). You will manage our Learning Management System (LMS), track training effectiveness through robust metrics, and continuously seek ways to improve the learning experience. Managing relationships with external training vendors and ensuring optimal use of the training budget will also be critical to your success.

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual who possesses strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. You should be highly organised, creative in your approach to problem-solving, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct training needs analyses and identify capability gaps across the organisation.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions (including e-learning, workshops, and blended programmes) aligned with business strategy and adult learning principles.
  • Manage the full training lifecycle, from planning and implementation to evaluation and reporting, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable ROI.
  • Administer and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate training records, seamless user experience, and effective reporting.
  • Lead key strategic projects, such as leadership development, onboarding enhancement, and digital upskilling initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality and value.
  • Develop and manage the annual training budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and career pathways.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end training cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
  • Experience managing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS); experience with systems like SumTotal or SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
