Erajaya is looking for a strategic Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Pasarrebo, Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement end-to-end L&D strategies aligned with Erajaya's F&B and retail business objectives.
- Design engaging training modules, workshops, and e-learning programs tailored to operational staff and management.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to roll out SOP training, customer service excellence initiatives, and leadership development programs.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of training sessions, including scheduling, facilitator training, and resource management.
- Measure the impact of training programs through KPIs, behavioral assessments, and business performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to store managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Significant, proven exposure to F&B, hospitality, restaurant chains, or retail industries is strictly required.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, blended learning methodologies, and talent development frameworks.
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with superior communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver high-impact training projects within tight timelines.
- High proficiency in HRIS tools and modern learning management systems (LMS).
