Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic learning initiatives aligned with manufacturing KPIs
- Conduct training needs assessments across production and operational teams
- Design, implement, and evaluate technical and soft skills training programs
- Lead leadership development initiatives for supervisors and managers
- Manage LMS administration and content delivery systems
- Analyze training effectiveness and ROI through data-driven reporting
- Partner with HR to integrate learning into talent management processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development with manufacturing/industrial focus
- Proven experience designing technical training programs for production environments
- Certification in instructional design or HR development preferred
- Strong analytical skills for needs assessment and program evaluation
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes highly advantageous
