Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute innovative learning programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis for all departments
- Develop and curate engaging training materials including e-learning modules
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and skill-building sessions
- Measure and report on training effectiveness using KPIs
- Manage L&D budgets and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to identify future skill requirements
- Maintain and update learning management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D or training roles
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Articulate)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities
- Proficiency in needs assessment and program evaluation
- Certification in L&D methodologies (e.g., CPLP) preferred
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult psychology
