Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and curricula aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and create development plans for employees at all levels.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, collecting feedback to continuously improve learning materials and methods.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific operational requirements and tailor training accordingly.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure all training documentation is up to date.
- Organize team-building activities and leadership development programs to boost morale and team cohesion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP, or similar).
- Ability to travel within Cebu for training purposes and off-site events.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about employee development and organizational success.
